| 摘 要： | 刀盘作为盾构机的主要工作部件,在盾构掘进过程中起开挖地层,稳定掌子面,搅拌渣土等功能,盾构掘进作业时刀盘的结构形式和刀具好坏以及刀具的配置形式直接影响盾构施工进度和盾构施工的经济效益,本文通过在广州地铁四号线的实际施工经验,介绍了刀盘的结构、刀具破岩机理和刀圈失效原因和盾构机穿越不同地层时的刀具配置形式.
