基于SP3D技术的液体散货码头装配式工艺模块设计应用

摘    要:针对传统液体散货码头装卸工艺设计施工中存在的二维图纸过于抽象、设备材料统计存在误差、码头现场可施工工期短、施工质量及安全难以保证等问题,提出液体散货码头装配式工艺模块的设计应用。该技术具有设计模型可视化、精准化,模块预制不受自然条件的影响,缩短工期,提高工艺设施质量及项目经济效益的特点,可有效解决传统液体散货码头装卸工艺设计施工中存在的问题,并为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Regarding the problems existing in the design and construction of loading and unloading process of traditional liquid bulk cargo terminal, such as the abstract two-dimensional drawings, errors in equipment and material statistics, short construction period on the jetty, and difficulties to ensure construction quality and safety, the design and application of the prefabricated process module for liquid bulk cargo terminal is proposed.This technology has the characteristics of visualization and accuracy of design model, module prefabrication is not affected by natural conditions, shortening the construction period, improving the quality of process facilities and project economic benefits, which can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional design and construction and provide reference for similar projects.
