摘    要:介绍了一种一体式预制桩帽的特点及设计方法,通过理论分析、数值模拟对桩帽结构、连接方式等进行研究。结果表明,为便于一体式预制桩帽的安装,码头一般采用全直桩,可通过桩内混凝土灌心提高整体侧向刚度。桩帽的结构设计可参照现行码头结构设计规范进行。桩帽与钢桩采用承插灌浆连接,灌浆料可采用超高性能混凝土,灌浆长度可按握裹力计算,计算方法可参考国外相关规范。对于轴力较大的情况,可在灌浆区域设置剪力键以增加黏结力。

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristics and design method of an integrated precast pile cap and analyzes its structure and connection mode through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.According to the conclusions, all-vertical-piled wharfs can generally facilitate the installation of the pile cap, and concrete grouting inside the pile can improve the overall lateral stiffness.The structure design of the pile cap can refer to the current structure design code of wharfs.In addition, socketed grouting can connect the pile cap and steel pile, with ultra-high performance concrete as the grouting material, and relevant overseas codes can guide the calculation of the grouting length according to the grip force.In the case of large axial forces, the setting of shear keys in the grouting area can increase the bonding force.
