基于虚拟仪器的鱼雷投放台架测控系统

摘    要:文章论述了基于虚拟仪器技术的鱼雷投放试验台架数据采集和控制系统的设计思想和实现方案。基于虚拟仪器的DEWETRON数据采集仪可以实现各类信号的同步采集,是多功能一体化的采集系统,满足本方案精确测试的需求。为了实现远程精准地控制,方案采用了西门子PLC为核心的控制系统。此测控系统不仅具有高度的可靠性、实时性、精确性、维护性,并且提供了良好的灵活性和拓展性。

Abstract:The paper discusses the design and implementation of the data collection and control system of the platform for torpedo that based on the virtual instrument technology.This system is applied for the DEWETRON data acquisition instrument is a completely integrated data acquisition system.And the system can content this plan for precision test.In order to remote control accurately,SMIATIC PLC is applied in this plan.This system not only have good reliability、 real time、 precision、 maintenance but also provided good interface.
