C2协同决策的一致性检验与优化方法

决策主体执行规则的一致性检验与优化是分布式C^2组织协同决策和群决策设计理论的基础，也是当前军事决策研究关注的热点。针对信息时代协同决策设计理论与指控系统发展需求的矛盾，研究面向分布式指控系统的协同决策设计中决策主体执行决策规则的一致性与优化方法。首先通过经典的检验方法对指控系统获取信息和决策问题进行描述，设定组织协同的决策指标，建立协同规则模型；其次，通过模拟手段，设计协同决策实验环境，对不同决策主体执行规则的过程进行实验验证，得出不同决策主体的负荷等参数；最后，对实验所得参数进行处理，并代回原模型综合检验，验证其一致性，如此反复迭代和优化，从而设计出满足不同决策主体属性的协同决策规则。

Summary on Coherence Testing and Optimization Method of Collaborative Decision in C2

Coherence testing and optimization is basis of collaborative and team decision designs for decision-makers to implement decision regulation in C~2 system,is a focus of military decision-maker's attention too.This paper discusses coherence testing and optimization method which decision-makers implement decision regulations toward contravention between collaborative decision design and military requirement in distributed C~2 system.First,a decision target of organization collaboration is designed,and the model of collaborative regulation is established by classical hypothesis testing in order to gain information for describing decision.Second,the process,different decision-makers implement decision regulations,is validated by experiment,collaborative test environments are designed by simulation to get some different load ability parameters of different decision-makers.Finally,some load ability parameters disposed by experiment are tested synthetically via returning original models so that decision-makers test coherences of decision regulations.As a result,collaborative decisions regulations are designed for satisfying different attributes of decision-makers through optimization repeatedly.
