摘    要:为切实推动劳动育人任务实施,部署好专业课堂这一主战场,充分发挥专业课教师主力军效应,以高职汽车核心专业课程为载体设计劳动育人教学,紧紧围绕这一育人目标,科学构建课前、课中、课后,线上线下全方位体系化的专业课程劳动育人教学全过程,并依托汽车专业实习实训,参与真实的生产劳动和服务性劳动,增强职业认同感和劳动自豪感,侧重学生多维多主体的过程性的精准开展教学评价,实现了汽车专业技能培养与劳动意识、劳动行为、劳动感悟培育的同向同步培育。

The Whole Process Teaching Design and Practice of Integrating Labor Education into Higher Vocational Automobile Professional Courses

Abstract:To effectively promote the implementation of labor education tasks,deploy professional classrooms as the main battlefield,and give full play to the main force of professional teachers,the article designs labor education teaching with the core professional courses of higher vocational automobiles as the carrier,and closely focuses on this education.The goal is to scientifically construct a comprehensive and systematic online and offl ine professional curriculum labor education and teaching process before,during and after class,relying on the automotive professional internship training to participate in real production labor and service labor,and enhance the sense of identity and labor pride.Focusing on students’ multi-dimensional and multisubject procedural and accurate teaching evaluation,the article has realized the cultivation of automobile professional skills and the cultivation of labor awareness,labor behavior,and labor perception in the same direction.
