| 摘 要： | 目前汽车行业内在用的四种汽车尾灯焊接方式,分别为热板焊接、振动摩擦焊接、超声波焊接和激光焊接,上篇介绍了前两种较为常用的焊接工艺,本篇主要介绍后两种近几年流行起来的新进焊接工艺。同样,也是从基础焊接原理、关键工艺参数、优缺点对比以及常见缺陷模式等几个方面进行讲解,希望能给大家带来帮助。

| Abstract: | At present,the four automotive taillight welding methods used in the automotive industry are hot plate welding,vibration friction welding,ultrasonic welding and laser welding.This is a new welding process that has become popular in recent years.Similarly,the article explains several aspects such as basic welding principles,key process parameters,comparison of advantages and disadvantages,and common defect modes,hoping to help everyone. |
