摘 要: | 激光焊接是方形和软包动力电池模组制造过程中的关键工艺,焊接过程中产生的缺陷将会影响电池的过流能力和连接强度,降低电池包使用寿命,严重的将导致安全事故.因此动力电池模组激光焊接的过程实时监测和焊缝质量的无损检测方法是非常重要的研究对象.

Abstract: | Laser welding is a key process in the manufacturing process of square and soft-pack power battery modules.Defects generated during the welding process will aff ect the battery’s overcurrent capacity and connection strength,reduce the battery pack’s service life,and cause serious safety accidents.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the laser welding process of power battery modules and non-destructive testing methods for weld quality are very important research objects. |
