摘    要:以空冷式中冷器为研究对象,针对中冷器气室的内腔和内部加强筋做参数几何建模,运用CFD技术对几何模型进行内部流场的三维仿真模拟,计算中冷器内部的流动阻力损失和中冷器芯体里每一根扁管的流量,进而得到了整个中冷器的压力损失和流动平衡性.研究结果表明:中冷器气室内部加强筋无论如何布置都会对流体的流动起到阻碍作用,进而提高流动阻...

Application of CFD Technology in the Optimization of Air Chamber Structure of Intercooler

Abstract:Taking the air-cooled intercooler as the research object,the parameter geometric modeling of the inner cavity and internal stiff eners of the intercooler air chamber is made,and the geometric model is used to simulate the internal flow field of the three-dimensional simulation to calculate the intercooler,the internal flow resistance loss and the flow rate of each flat tube in the intercooler core body,thereby obtaining the pressure loss and flow balance of the entire intercooler.The research results show that the internal stiff eners in the air chamber of the intercooler will hinder the flow of fluid regardless of the arrangement,thereby increasing the flow resistance;arranging the stiff eners parallel to the flow direction has the best internal pressure drop;the angle of the stiff eners will aff ect the flow Internal flow balance.The size of the inner cavity of the air chamber of the intercooler will directly aff ect the internal pressure drop.The smaller the inner cavity,the higher the gas flow rate and the greater the pressure loss inside the air chamber;however,the reduction of the local cavity can increase the gas flow rate.In some intercooler designs,increasing the flow rate can improve the flow uniformity of the core.
