| 摘 要： | 胡格教学模式是由德国巴登符腾堡州非常有名的职业教育专家托马斯·胡格提出。其创造了集能力模型、课程大纲和方法大纲为一体的课程教学模式。不管是教学理念、教学设计、教学评价还是课程体系、教学的实施、师生关系等均进行了重新调整与组合。笔者针对胡格教学模式下教学团队工作实践中存在的问题进行了探究与分析,并提出了胡格教学模式下教学团队工作的实践策略,希望有助于教学团队工作的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | The Hooger teaching model was put forward by Thomas Hooger,a very famous vocational education expert in Baden Württemberg,Germany.It creates a curriculum teaching model integrating ability model,curriculum outline and method outline.No matter for teaching concept,teaching design,teaching evaluation,curriculum system,teaching implementation and teacher-student relationship,they have been readjusted and combined.The author explores and analyzes the problems existing in the practice of teaching team work under the Hooger teaching mode,and puts forward the practical strategies of teaching team work under the Hooger teaching mode,hoping to contribute to the smooth development of teaching team work. |
