| Abstract: | The functional stability of brake calipers is one of the key indicators of vehicle braking performance.So in the process of product development,it needs to be tested and verified at the part level,system level and vehicle level to meet the performance requirements of all working conditions in the market environment.In this paper,the fracture of the guide pin of the brake caliper in the initial stage of product verification is taken as an example,and the experimental method,structural strength and other factors causing the fracture of the guide pin of the brake caliper are studied.The key factors causing the fracture of guide pin are analyzed and the structure is improved.It eliminates the fracture risk of guide pin and provides technical support for subsequent development. |
