| 摘 要： | "中国制造2025"计划的提出,一定程度上对高端技术型人才的需求量也逐渐提升。中职院校是培养优秀实践能力人才的场所,随着教学改革推进,"现代学徒制"逐步导入中职汽车维修与应用专业教学环节中,也是适应社会发展对当前社会人才的需求。在高职院校汽车专业教学中,还应根据人才培养的不同方向,建立稳定而系统的职业教育模式。有鉴于此,本文基于现代学徒制在应用中遇到的实际问题,探讨了现代学徒制在中产阶级汽车教学中的应用策略。

| Abstract: | The proposal of "made in China 2025" plan has gradually increased the demand for high-end technical talents to a certain extent.Secondary vocational colleges are places for cultivating excellent practical talents.With the promotion of teaching reform,"modern apprenticeship" is gradually introduced into the teaching link of automobile maintenance and application specialty in secondary vocational colleges,which is also to meet the needs of social development for current social talents.In the teaching of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges,we should also establish a stable and systematic vocational education model according to different directions of talent training.In view of this,based on the practical problems encountered in the application of modern apprenticeship,this paper discusses the application strategy of modern apprenticeship in middle-class automobile teaching. |
