新型能源电动汽车行业突飞猛进的发展,对相关专业人才的需求量不断扩大,对许多高校高等院校来说这既是一大机遇也是一大挑战。本文作者结合实际培养工作中的经验,首先重点分析了目前高校新型能源电动汽车相关专业人才教育培养工作存在的一些问题,然后重点论述了高校新能源电动汽车相关专业人才教育培养总体方案中的创新以及对策,希望通过本次课题研究对广大高校同行业能有所新的帮助。

Innovative research on new energy vehicle professional talent training program

With the rapid development of the new energy electric vehicle industry,the demand for related professionals continues to expand.For many universities and colleges,this is both a big opportunity and a big challenge.Based on the actual training experience,the author of this article first focuses on analyzing some of the current problems in the education and training of new energy electric vehicles in colleges and universities,and then focuses on the innovation in the overall plan for the education and training of new energy electric vehicles in colleges and universities.As well as countermeasures,I hope that the research on this subject can provide new help for the majority of universities and the industry.
