挂篮加载仿真分析与应用

摘    要:以正在建设的某公路刚构桥梁上使用的菱形挂篮为例,分析挂篮产生变形机理,通过挂篮加载仿真分析指导挂篮预压试验。通过挂篮主梁变形的理论计算结果和预压试验的实测结果进行分析,确定挂篮的变形,为该桥悬臂施工阶段线形控制提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Take rhombic hanging basket of building a highway rigid frame bridge for example,analysis of rhombic hanging basket deformation theory,guide the basket pre-pressure test by basket load simulation.Cradle main beams through theoretical calculations and the measured pre-pressure test results were analyzed to determine the deformation Basket which provides a reliable basis for the linear control of cantilever bridge construction phase.
