| 摘 要： | 国民经济的发展带动城市机动化水平的快速提高,随之而来城市机动车保有量也在逐年增长。停车泊位严重不足、乱停乱放等现象已经成为制约动态交通发展的重要原因,严重影响社会经济协调发展。为此,以大连市为例进行一系列的专项研究,对中心城区停车问题的现状进行分析,并提出相应的规划策略和建议。
