摘    要:
介绍了一种针对车用柴油机油底壳辐射噪声预测和降低的方法,通过有限元/边界元法预测油底壳结构的动态特性、频响特性以及辐射声功率级,同时考虑油底壳中润滑油的流固耦合作用,提出在油底壳上布置加强板和使用复合材料的方法降低该油底壳的辐射噪声声功率级。

Abstract:
An efficient method to predict and reduce the radiated noise from the oil pan of a diesel engine is presented.The dynamic characteristic,frequency response characteristic and radiated sound power level of original oil pan is predicted by FEM/BEM with consideration of the fluid/structure interaction between oil and pan.Two countermeasures of adding strengthening ribs and using composite material are proposed,which effectively lower the radiated sound power level of oil pan.
