高校学生勤工助学工作的管理与实践

勤工助学工作是高校实施开展助学体系中重要的组成部分。是学生通过自己的劳动,改善学习和生活条件,培养锻炼各项技能,参与社会实践活动的重要途径。本文从高校开展勤工助学工作的重要意义出发,以我校开展学生勤工助学工作的管理与实践为基础,分析高校开展学生勤工助学工作中涉及的活动管理、时间安排、劳动报酬、权益保护等方面问题,探索新形势下高校开展学生勤工助学工作管理与实践的成功经验。

Carrying Out the Work of Management and Practice of Students' Work-Study for Grant-in-aid in Colleges and Universities

Student＇s work-study for grant-in-aid program takes an important role in colleges and universities aid system.It＇s an important way for students through their own labor,improving learning and living conditions,training and tempering of the skills to participate in social practices.The article starts with the importance of college students＇ work-study for grant-in-aid based on my college management and practice of this program,analyzes aspects of colleges and universities carrying out the work involved in event management,scheduling,labor remuneration,rights and interests protection,etc.It explores the successful experience of management and practice for colleges and universities carrying out the work of students’ work-study for grant-in-aid under new situation.
