钢-聚氨酯夹层结构耐撞性能分析研究

摘    要:文章基于夹层结构的材料性能和力学理论,通过比较夹层板在碰撞仿真中的建模技术,探讨适合于夹层结构的建模方法。对夹层结构与普通钢板耐撞性能进行比较,研究其整体的耐撞性能。通过对钢-聚氨酯夹层结构的分析,研究整体结构的耐撞性,为研究钢-聚氨酯夹层结构的船体耐撞结构设计提供研究基础。

Abstract:Based on the material properties and mechanical theory of Sandwich structure,this article,makes a contrast of a series of sandwich structure modeling techniques applied in the collision simulation,probes into the modeling method appropriate for sandwich structure.In addition,this article makes a research on its overall crashworthiness,on the basis of a contrast between its crashworthiness and that of common steel plate,which will help to pave the way for the design of the crashworthy structure in steel-polyurethane sandwich structure.
