图书馆推进“治庸问责”的思考与实践

A Study on Promoting Accountability Curing in Libraries

This article expounds some thoughts on accountability curing and reflections on promoting accountability curing in libraries from the angles of its meaning and requirements.In addition,this article advocates taking the sustainable development of libraries as its anchor point,focusing on improving working efficiency,strengthening learning and research,emancipating the mind,innovating service concept,service mode and service system,ameliorating the environment of development,enhancing service capability and promoting the construction of libraries so as to improve the work style,work efficiency and service quality and construct sound atmosphere in the library.
