| 摘 要： | 文章针对高职毕业生就业难这一热点问题,从高职学生就业能力的内涵界定出发,探讨了高职学生就业难的原因所在,并从创新人才培养模式、加强教学改革、开展职业生涯规划、积极参与社会实践等方面提出了提升高职学生就业竞争力的具体策略,以期为高职院校开展学生就业指导提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the hot issue that vocational college graduates tend to encounter employment problems, this article, starting from the delimitation of college students＇ employment abilities, probes into its ultimate causes and puts forwards strategies to promote college students＇ employment competitiveness from the angles of innovating the mode of talent cultivation, strengthening teaching reform, carrying out occupation planning and participating in social practice, which is expected to provide reference for employment guidance in vocational colleges. |
