粘贴加固材料厚度与钢筋混凝土T梁极限承载力分析

摘    要:为研究粘贴法加固钢筋混凝土T梁的极限承载力,运用ANsYs有限元程序分别建立了粘贴钢板和粘贴碳纤维两种T梁常用加固方法的模型,分析了不同粘贴厚度下T梁的极限承载力,并对两种加固方法的效果进行了比较。结果表明:T梁的极限承载力不随加固材料粘贴厚度的增厚而线性增大,当加固材料厚度达到某值时,极限承载力便不再提高:当粘贴钢板厚度超过8mm,碳纤维厚度超过0.334mm时,梁的破坏形式由塑性破坏转变为脆性破坏;相对粘贴钢板而言.使用碳纤维加固T梁极限承载力提高较大。

Abstract:In order to study the ultimate bearing capacity of RC T-section beams reinforced with steel plates and carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) under different paste thicknesses, two finite element models of ANSYS are presented. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity does not linearly grow in step with the thickening of steel plates and CFRP, and is no longer in increment when the thickness of reinforcement materials exceeds its extreme. If the thickness of the steel plates exceeds 8 mm and the thickness of the CFRP exceeds 0.334 mm, the failure modes of RC T-section beams will be changed. Brittle fracture will be transformed into plastic failure. The ultimate bearing capacity of RC T-section beams reinforced with CFRP increases more obviously than the one with bounded steel plates
