高速公路通道优化设计方案研究

以兴畲高速公路为例，应用价值工程方法进行高速公路通道优化设计。首先对通道的具体工作进行分解，得出工作分解结构；接着对通道的功能进行分解，然后采用专家评价法设计问卷对通道及各分解工作的功能进行专家评价；最后计算出通道各功能的成本系数、功能系数，从而得出各分项功能的价值系数，找出需要改进的功能，进一步计算各功能的期望成本，从而对优化方案进行创新，给出合理的优化设计方案。

Optimal Design for Expressway Underpass

Taking Xingshe Expressway as an example, the value engineering method has been applied for highway underpass op timization. Firstly, WBS has been obtained through the specific work analysis of the underpass ; secondly, decomposition of the functions of the underpass has been conducted; thirdly, questionnaire by means of experts evaluation method has been worked out for experts to evaluate functions of the underpass and its working decomposition ; finally, calculate cost coefficient and func tion coefficient of each function of the underpass, so the value coefficient of each sub-function can be obtained and the function to be improved can be identified, further calculation for the expected cost of each function can be conducted, and thus the opti mization innovation and rational optimization design can be achieved.
