防风网作用下矿石堆场抑尘率计算

摘    要:基于矿石起尘规律风洞实验中的粒径分布、起动风速等参数,利用CFD数值模拟方法分别计算防风网作用下目前较常见的澳矿、巴西矿和印度矿的抑尘率。研究结果表明,应用CFD计算矿石粉尘运动的结果与风洞实验中的变化规律相符,澳矿、巴西矿和印度矿在防风网作用下的抑尘率分别为53.76%、54.18%和56.07%,防风网抑尘效果明显。

Abstract:Based on the data of particle size distribution and start-up wind speed,which came from the wind tunnel test for dust emission law,the dust suppression rate of Australian iron ore,Brazil iron ore and India iron ore under the action of windbreak were calculated by CFD numerical simulation method.The analysis shows that the results of CFD calculation are in good agreement with the test data of wind tunnel.The dust suppression rate of Australian iron ore,Brazil iron ore and India iron ore under the action of windbreak are 53.76%,54.18% and 56.07%.The results indicate that the windbreak has evident effect on dust suppression.
