在交通工程建设领域，公路或市政工程上跨或下穿铁路情况时有发生，遇到这种情况时，编制工程预算就要同时用到铁路、公路、市政3种工程预算体系。铁路、公路、市政工程预算编制有不同的编制办法，这3种预算编制办法之间存在多大的差异，此文以某市1座公路上跨铁路桥梁工程上部和下部结构为例，对采用3种编制办法测算的有关建安费进行对比，分析存在的差异。

Comparison and Analysis of Three Kinds of Engineering Budget Compiling Method

In the field of traffic engineering construction, the situations that the highway and municipal engineering constructs over or under the railway occurs happen. In this case, three kinds of engineering budget system are used to compile the engineering budget. There are different compiling methods for compiling engineering budget in the railway, highway and municipal engineering. The difference of the three kinds of method are analyzed by taking one example to calculate the construction and installation cost using the three kinds of method.
