| 摘 要： | 在维修FV系列车过程中，离合器控制油路拆卸、修理、安装后，要对离合器系统进行注油和排气作业，即从离合器助力器排气螺栓排出空气。该车的排气作业不仅仅需要很多工时，而且严重影响修理效率。在详细分析该车型离合器系统的结构和工作原理的基础上，提出了一种高效的排气作业方法。

| Abstract: | After Overhaul of the Mitsubishi FV series trucks, the hydraulic circuit of clutch actuator system should be bleeded by loosing the air bleeding plug on the booster of clutch. However, bleeding operation for the trucks takes a long time to finish and causes a poor work efficiency, The article proposes a highly efficient bleeding operation process on the basis of detailed analysis of construction and working principle of the clutch system. |
