煤炭港口皮带机料流追踪系统设计

摘    要:煤炭港口取装作业过程中难以精确把握皮带机上煤炭运行的状态和位置,造成取装作业效率低、安全风险高、无法精确洒水除尘等问题.在分析黄骅港煤炭装船作业流程和运输设备特点基础上,提出一种皮带机料流追踪系统.通过在流程沿线安装相应的料流检测装置、在各转接机房增加远程站、设计PLC控制算法处理采集到的各种数据,最后将结果实时展现在装船机操作人机界面上.结果表明,系统能准确检测出料流在输送带上的分布位置,与真实的料流分布位置误差在20 m以内,检测准确率在99%.有效提高装卸流程效率、减少皮带转接处洒落煤,保证半自动和自动化装船作业安全.

Abstract:It is different to accurately grasp the status and position of coal running on belt conveyor in the process of loading and unloading operation in coal port,which causes low efficiency,high safety risk and inaccurate sprinkler and dust removal.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal loading operation process and transportation equipment in Huanghua Port,this paper proposes a material flow tracking system for belt conveyor.By installing corresponding material flow detection devices along the process line,adding remote stations in the transfer rooms,designing PLC control algorithm to process the collected data,the system displays the results on the man-machine interface of shiploader operation in real time.The results show that the system can accurately detect the distribution position of material flow on the conveyor belt.The error between the system and the real distribution position of material flow is less than 20 m,and the detection accuracy is 99%.It effectively improves the efficiency of loading and unloading process,reduces coal spilling at the belt junction,and ensures the safety of semi-automatic and automatic loading process.
