直流感应电治疗焦虑症的随机对照研究

目的探讨直流感应电治疗焦虑症的效果。方法选取本院住院焦虑症患者69例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规的药物治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗的同时给予直流感应电治疗,1次/d,20min/次,10d为1疗程。分别于入组时及治疗10、20d后,用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)测评。结果研究组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.57%和64.71%,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10、20d时研究组的减分率均高于同期对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗基础上配合直流感应电治疗焦虑症,能够有效缓解患者的躯体症状,缩短起效时间。

A random control study of galvanic-faradic current treatment on anxiety patients

Objective To investigate the effect of galvanic-faradic current treatment on anxiety patients. Methods We selected 69 anxiety patients who had been admitted by our hospital and then randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.The control group received the traditional medical treatment while the experimental group received not only the traditional medical treatment but also galvanic-faradic current treatment once every day and 20 minutes each time for 10 days as one course.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) was used to test the patients on group division and 10 days and 20 days after treatment,respectively. Results The total effective rate was 88.57% in the experimental group but 64.71% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The score reduction rate after 10-day and 20-day treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group than that of the same time in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional medical treatment combined with galvanic-faradic current can effectively alleviate the physical symptoms of anxiety patients and reduce the curative time.
