摘    要:目的研究参芪注射液(SQI)对小鼠60 Co射线放疗的增效和减毒作用。方法建立小鼠体内移植性肝癌模型。放疗组小鼠经60 Co射线照射,联合组在照射基础上分别腹腔注射不同剂量的SQI,连续给药7d。计算各组的抑瘤率;测定白细胞计数、脏器指数、血清丙二醛(malonyl dialdehyde,MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性。结果 3个剂量组SQI与60 Co射线合用可发挥协同作用;各剂量SQI联合组均可提高小鼠白细胞计数及脾脏指数(P<0.01和P<0.05),同时对60 Co照射后引起的MDA含量升高和SOD活性降低有一定的逆转作用,且不存在剂量依赖性,而胸腺指数各组之间无差异。结论 SQI对小鼠60 Co射线放疗具有增效和减毒作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the synergistic and toxicity-reducing effects of Shenqi injection(SQI) on 60Co radiotherapy in mice. Methods The tumor-bearing mice models with hepatoma-22 were established.Mice in 60Co group was subjected to 60Co radiotherapy.The joint group was given different doses of SQI by intraperitoneal injection for 7 days in addition to radiation.Then the inhibition rate,the number of white blood cells(WBC),and spleen and thymus indexes were determined.Meanwhile,malonyl dialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum were calculated. Results Each dose of SQI inhibited the growth of tumor and had synergism with 60Co radiation.Each dose of SQI combined with 60Co increased the number of WBC and spleen index(P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively).Moreover,the changes of MDA content and SOD activity induced by 60Co were reversed significantly by different doses of SQI,whereas no significant difference was found in thymus index in the joint group. Conclusion SQI can enhance the anti-tumor efficacy of 60Co radiotherapy and reduce the adverse reaction of 60Co radiotherapy.
