冲动与多巴胺系统在毒品依赖中的作用机制

毒品依赖是严重的社会和生物医学问题。虽然研究表明毒品依赖与中枢神经系统多巴胺及其受体密切相关,但是还未阐明多巴胺系统在毒品依赖中的具体作用机制。冲动性行为是不同成瘾物质依赖者的标志性特征,最近的研究提示,冲动在可卡因依赖形成中也扮演着重要角色,但尚未见报道在其他毒品依赖发生过程中的作用机制。因此需要改进现有的研究方法和思路,对冲动性行为与多巴胺系统的联合效应进行研究。这必将为毒品依赖遗传学的具体机制提供重要依据;为药理学开发最佳的治疗药物奠定基础;为毒品依赖治疗提供新的策略。

Molecular mechanism of impulsivity and dopamine signal system in drug dependence

Drug dependence is a serious social and biomedical problem.Although a growing body of evidence has shown that drug dependence is closely related to dopamine receptors and their signal pathway,the exact mechanism underlying this effect has not been fully understood yet.Impulsivity has been suggested to be a behavioral marker of the propensity to take addictive drugs.Recent studies indicate that impulsivity plays a significant role in the development of cocaine dependence,but its mechanism in dependence of other drugs has not been established.To improve the existing research methods and ideas,interactions between impulse behavior and dopamine system should be studied.It will provide an important basis for genetics of drug dependence and lay a solid foundation for developing optimal pharmacological treatment and new strategies for drug dependence.
