| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了钢带卷绕机控制系统的组成和控制原理,该系统利用PLC的高速脉冲输出和计数功能控制伺服电机,实现位置闭环控制,再结合MT500触摸屏,形成友好的人机操作界面。此控制系统经联机调试、实际运行,获得了满意的控制效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the component and control principle of control system are mainly introduced,the system make use of the high speed pulse output and counter of PLC to control servo,then position closed-loop control system is implemented,at last the sys- tem combines MT500 touch screen to format a friendly man-machine operational interface.This control system obtained satisfied con- trol effect through on-line debug and actual run. |
