摘    要:转向盘力矩转角传感器是一款专门用于转向盘参数测量的设备,由于传感器结构的设计缺陷会导致非同轴安装时产生角度测量误差。本文针对非同轴安装后的机构对转向盘转矩以及对转向盘转角测量的影响进行了详细地分析。对最大角度误差出现的位置,最大角度误差和偏心量之间的关系,角度基准杆长度变化和转向盘转角的对应关系以及基准杆长度变化量的最值进行了求解。

Abstract:Steering wheel torque and angle sensor is used to measure the parameters of the steering wheel,but measuring angle error would occur when non-coaxial mounting because of the design defect.This paper is focused on analyzing the impact on the torque and angle because of non-coaxial mounting and mechanism.And it also answer the question of the position of the maximal angle error,the relation between the maximal angle error and offset,the relation between variation of the baseline rod and angle,and the extreme value of the variation of the baseline rod.
