摘    要:本文介绍了城市渣土自卸车车架轻量化设计的开发背景,阐述了车架轻量化设计方案,新车架在原车架基础上降重5%。通过Altair HyperWorks软件对车架轻量化方案进行有限元分析,结合基础车市场表现情况,理论上初步论证了车架轻量化设计方案满足设计要求;然后开展车架台架试验验证了轻量化车架方案的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper,the development background and design scheme of the lightweight frame for urban muck truck have been introduced.According to the result of the design scheme,the new frame has been reduced weight by 5%on the basis of original frame.It has been proved preliminarily that the lightweight design scheme of the frame meets the design requirements in theory after carrying on the finite element analysis to the frame lightweight scheme which has combined with the market performance of the basic vehicle.And then the frame bench test has been carried out to verify the feasibility of the lightweight scheme of the frame.
