| 摘 要： | 后视镜各组件的制作与安装过程中会引起外观缺陷,影响驾驶员的视野。统一产品的外观检测标准有助于保证后视镜的质量一致性。在收集并分析当前相关标准的基础上,制定了一套商用车后视镜镜片验收标准和检测方法,在提高生产率的同时降低了废品率,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The manufacture and assembly of the rear view mirror may lead to appearance defects and affect the driver’s field of view.Using uniform product appearances standards helps to ensure consistent quality of the mirrors.LH Company collects and analyzes the current relevant standards,and developments rear mirror’s appearance acceptance standards and testing methods.Actual results show that the productivity is improved and the reject rate(in manufacturing)is reduced. |
