| 摘 要： | 对Ｅｋｍａｎ模型的条件和参数的经济含义给予了明确解释，并证明了该模型在计划期内最优解的必要条件同时也是最优解的充分条件，从而保证了沿必要条件得出的轨线必然是最优轨线。最后对该模型在不同情况下的最优轨线及应用进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Some definite explanations are given for the conditions and parameters of Ekman model.It is proved that the necessary condition,at the same time,is the sufficient condition for the Ekman model to obtain the optimal solution.It is then guaranteed that the locus under the necessary conditions is the optimal locus.The application of the Ekman model is also discussed. |
