| Abstract: | By employing the theory of cooperative games, a mathematical model is proposed for rational apportionment of returns among railway transportation enterprises. To reflect the power of different alliances a characteristic function and a power index are introduced. Then the income is allotted according to the synthetical power index, with an effort to represent reasonableness and equitableness. |
