泥岗立交桥病害原因分析、加固及效果评定

摘    要:从设计和理论方面对深圳市泥岗立交桥出现的病害原因进行分析研究,认为对曲线梁扭转和平面线位移没有足够的约束,对预应力扭矩的认识不足,温度变化产生爬行是结构产生病害的主要原因。提出对盖梁和梁体裂缝处理、盖梁加固、拆换梁端支座、中墩加固、主梁裂缝加固具体修复措施。通过对该桥加固施工全过程监测、监控数据分析,及加固后进行的静动载试验数据分析,说明加固后的桥梁达到了预期效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the hazards of Shenzhen Nigang flyover is introduced and the hazard genesis analyzed. The paper thinks that there is no sufficient constraint on the curved beam twisting and plane shifting and there is no enough understanding of the pre-stressed twisting. The main reason of causing the hazards is the temperature change that generates the slide. The paper points out that the actual reconditioning measures that include the processing of the cracks on the cover beam, the beam body, the reinforcement of the cover beam, replacement of the end beam supports, middle pier reinforcement, and the reinforcement of the cracks on the main beam. Through full-procedure supervision of the reinforcement of the bridge, the analysis of the supervision data and analysis of the static and dynamic load test data after reinforcement, it is proved that the reinforced bridge has lived up to the expected standard.
