摘    要:我国液体化工品商业罐区的发展,要求配套码头的工艺设计更为合理,装卸货种更为广泛,操作更灵活。结合工程实际经验,归纳总结液体化工品商业罐区配套码头工艺流程设计、管道布置和材料选择的主要考虑要素,并给出典型的工艺流程和码头操作平台管道布置方式,为液体化工品码头的工艺设计者提供参考。

Abstract:The development of commercial tank farms for liquid chemicals sets forth the following requirements to the supporting piers: more reasonable process design, a greater variety of handling cargoes, and more flexible operation. Based on the engineering experience, we summarize the main factors to be considered in the process design, piping layout design and material selection for the supporting pier of the commercial tank farm for liquid chemicals. We also give the typical process and piping layout of the pier platform which may serve as a reference for the process design of liquid chemical wharves.
