摘    要:首次将玻璃钢作为重力式码头挡砂的隔离材料,提出了相应的设计方案,建立了计算模型,采用Ansys软件计算了原钢筋混凝土板、玻璃钢板和硬质聚氨脂泡沫夹层玻璃钢板在单面土压力下的最大应力和位移,并根据最大应力理论来确定玻璃钢挡砂板的最小厚度。通过分析和比较,验证了玻璃钢板或硬质聚氨脂泡沫夹层玻璃钢板这一新材料用于重力式码头防漏砂结构的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:In this paper, GRP is used as the isolation material for the first time for sand retaining of gravity-type wharf, with corresponding design plan proposed and computational model established. By using Ansys software, the maximum stress and displacement of the traditional reinforced concrete plate, GRP plate and rigid polyurethane foam sandwiched GRP plate under the soil pressure of single side were calculated, and minimum thickness of sand retaining plate of GRP plate in light of the maximum stress theory was determined. Based on analysis and comparison, the feasibility and superiority of the new materials(i.e. GRP plate and rigid polyurethane foam sandwiched GRP plate) when using in sand retaining structure of gravity-type wharf are verified.
