汽车保险杠用刚性粒子增韧聚丙烯材料的研制

摘    要:以汽车保险杠用材料为对象,以PP/EPDM/CaCO3三元共混体系为研究模型,通过采用扫描电镜和材料力学性能等试验方法,较系统地研究了刚性粒子CaCO3的表面处理、粒径、粒径分布、含量及基体树脂分子量等与其改性材料缺口冲击韧性及其产生脆韧转变现象之间的关系。试验结果表明,在较好的CaCO3的表面处理、粒径及粒径分布条件下,体系中加入少量EPDM可使改性材料的刚性和韧性达到较好的平衡。

Abstract:Taking PP/EPDM/CaCO3 triple combination system as the research model and automobile bumper material as the research object, the relation ships between the surface treatment, grain diameter, grain diameter distribution, content and base resin molecular weight, etc of the rigid grain CaCO3 and the notch impact toughness of its modified material as well as the phenomenon of its brittle - tough transformation produced are comparatively systematically surveyed by the methods of electronic scanning microscope and mechanics of materials performance test. Result of test reveals that better balance between toughness and rigidity many be obtained for the modified material while a small amount EPDM is added to the system under the condition of better surface treatment, grain diameter and grain diameter distribution of CaCO3.
