摘    要:本文尝试在CFD模拟软件FIRE上采用正交试验设计方法,提取柴油机燃烧系统油、气、室的关键参数,即燃烧室口径比、缩口比、缩口半径、喷射锥角、涡流比,安排三水平正交模拟试验。计算结果采用方差分析进行分析,得出柴油机燃烧系统参数对发动机动力性和排放性的影响并找到较优的参数组合。

Abstract:This paper attempted to use orthogonal experimental design in FIRE of CFD simulation.We chose bowl aperture ratio,re-entrant ratio,bowl rim radius,injector spray cone angle and swirl ratio to stand for key parameters of fuel,air and chamber of diesel engine combustion system,and made three level orthogonal experiment for simulation.The simulation result is analyzed by Analysis of Variance.The influencing regularity of the combustion system parameters has been achieved about engine power and emission,and the relative optimal combination of combustion system parameter combination was found out.
