带附加空气室空气弹簧垂向刚度有限元分析

摘    要:利用非线性有限元软件Abaqus建立带附加气室空气弹簧模型,通过理论计算和有限元分析,讨论节流孔径等对空气弹簧的垂直静刚度的影响。研究结果表明:增加附加气室有利于降低系统刚度;节流孔小于5 mm,附加气室基本不起作用,大于20 mm,再增大孔径,弹簧静刚度影响不大。

Abstract:A FEA model of air spring with auxiliary chamber was established with non-linear FEA software.Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the influence of vertical static stiffness was discussed about the air spring of throttle orifice.The results of the study indicate that the system stiffness was reducing when it increased auxiliary chamber.when the diameter of orifice was less than 5mm,the auxiliary chamber was useless;When the diameter of orifice was more than 20mm,it was little influence on the vertical stiffness of air sping.
