| Abstract: | In order to enhance effectively the storage capacity,so as to raise the circling efficiency and the operation efficiency,this paper puts forwards a plan which make a feasible proof on reforming the eastern empty container yard of the #74 warehouse into the operation yard against the status that the storage capacity of the container yard is tending saturation.Also this paper puts forward 4 plans,from which it choices one as the optimum. |
