旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化应力响应分析

摘    要:应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件研究了利用多锤头路面破碎机进行旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化施工时,重锤作用于不同位置以及不同板底联结情况下的应力响应。选取不同工况下的相关力学指标进行对比分析,结果表明:多锤头破碎机破碎效果较好,而且影响范围和影响深度都比较小,不同作用位置效果会有差别,板底联结情况对破碎效果有一定影响。

Abstract:Stress response of the heavy hammer effect on different locations and associations of pavement's bottom is studied by ABAQUS finite element software, when multi-head breaker is working on rubblization of old cement concrete pavement. Comparing relevant mechanical indices of different conditions, results indicate: multi-head breaker's construction effect is favorable, meanwhile the influencing scope and depth are small, which will be different in defferent locations, and different associations of pavement's bottom have certain influence on crushing effect
