夹层圆柱壳结构的优化设计

摘    要:针对一种全新的潜艇耐压壳体结构形式——夹层圆柱壳结构形式,借助适用于该种结构形式的解析法计算公式,并选定约束条件进行了优化设计,编写了优化程序;分析了该种结构形式与单层耐压壳体结构形式相比较所存在的利弊;在比较过程中,给出了四个优化算例以及比较结果,通过比较分析得出了这样的结论:对于建造大潜深的潜艇,夹层圆柱壳结构形式是一种可以考虑的结构形式。

Abstract:A new submarine structure has been advanced for great deeper diving purpose,which is called cylindrical interlayer shells.In this paper,some optimization restrictions are selected,and then a optimization program is writen out for this new structure form.Some comparisons of the cylindrical interlayer shell structure with simple shell reinfored by ring frames are performed.In the comparison course,autors present four optimizing examples.With the comparison and analysis,it gets a conclusion as follow: for building great deeper diving submarine,the cylindrical interlayer shells structure may be suitable.
