摘    要:结合主跨100m的PC连续刚构桥分节段悬臂施工实例,详细讨论了利用临时钢管柱作为0#块支撑点和缆索吊机作为起重设备等的施工措施,解决了挂篮悬臂施工中不平衡力矩的问题及无托架0#块施工技术,利用水箱换重、临时T构锁定等措施合龙,顺利完成结构体系转换。

Abstract:Based on an example of 100 m main span PC continuous rigid frame bridge that using cantilever construction segments,some measures of the start element supported by temporary pipe and cable crane and lifting equipment are discussed in detail.The problems of imbalance torque in cantilever construction using traveling carriage and non-plank construction technologies of the start element and the structural system conversion is successful by use of water for weight provisional measures and T-lock closure.
