| 摘 要： | 目的对2型糖尿病患者与健康人肠道乳酸菌属和消化链球菌属进行定量分析,探讨两组人群肠道菌群的差异。方法提取肠道菌群总DNA,利用菌属特异性引物实时荧光定量PCR扩增,制作菌属标准品和标准曲线,定量分析两种优势菌属在糖尿病患者和健康人群中的含量。结果与健康对照组相比,2型糖尿病组肠道消化链球菌的数量均显著减少,而乳酸菌属的数量两组间无统计学差异。结论荧光定量PCR方法可作为研究肠道菌群的一种准确、敏感的检测方法;糖尿病患者肠道优势菌属发生变化,提示肠道优势菌群可能与糖尿病的发生发展有一定的相关性。 |
