电力机车用110V大功率高频开关电源电磁兼容性

摘    要:针对新开发的全桥型电力机车用110V高频开关控制电源,建立IGBT的模型,用以模拟开关过程中所用IGBT反向恢复过程。通过建立各无源元件的高频模型,提取出其寄生参数。在Saber仿真环境中建立传导噪声仿真模型,解决电磁干扰问题。通过在Candence软件中重新提取连接导线的寄生参数进行仿真,得到修改布线后的传导噪声水平。分析认为在较低频段时,差模传导噪声占主导地位;利用滤波、屏蔽等方法和手段能够达到抑制电磁干扰的目的。

Abstract:This article focuses on the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) research on a newly developed full-bridge 110 V high-frequency switching mode power supply for electric locomotive as the control source and establishing the IGBT model to simulate the reverse recovery of the IGBT in the switching process. The parasitic parameters of the passive devices are extracted by establishing each high-frequency model. So conducted EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) model of the source for simulation is established in Saber to settle the EMI matter. Conducted EMI level of being changed layout can be got by simulation with the parasitic parameters of connected leads extracted in Candence. The result of analysis indicates that different-mode conducted noise is in leading side in lower frequency band. The fact shows that shelding and filtering can restrain the EMI.
