| 摘 要： | 在铁道部铁建设2004]47号文发布的《铁路隧道工程预算定额》中，定额的编制模式及隧长划分标准与以往相比发生了根本性变化，但在长隧短打后的实际应用过程中，由于存在需做变通处理和理解上的差异，导致出现了一些与隧长相关的问题。此文对隧长的计算模型进行了系统的阐述，针对长隧短打隧道的隧长计算及应用中存在的问题，以示例的形式进行详细的分析，对今后预算定额的隧长划分标准提出了自己的建议。
