发动机临界爆震控制特性研究

摘    要:对爆震的临界控制特性及发动机性能进行了试验研究,包括点火提前角变化控制规律、基本点火提前角变化影响和各缸爆震差异性,以及发动机的动力性和经济性的控制影响。爆震控制系统使发动机工作在轻微爆震或临界爆震状态下,追求最佳的动力性和经济性。试验研究表明,适宜的爆震控制对发动机性能影响是极其重要的,并具有明显优势。

Abstract:In this paper,the control characteristics of the critical knock and engine performance were investigated.The variation of ignition advance angle controlled by the knock control unit,the effect of basic ignition advance angle on knock and the difference of knock intensity in different cylinders were measured and analyzed.The power and fuel economy of engine controlled with knock control unit were also examined.The experiments indicated that the knock control unit could make engine work in a condition of critical knock or light knock for getting optimal power and fuel economy.So the control over critical knock combustion was important to the engine performance and could get evident benefits.
