基于89C52的虚拟频率测量电路的设计

摘    要:设计了电子计数器,实现了频率、周期和相位差的测量,并结合虚拟仪器技术实现了智能化。并利用内插模拟扩展技术提高了仪器的分辨率。设计包括硬件和软件两部分。硬件由单片机、PLD、信号整形电路等组成,软件包括人机界面、通信、数据处理等模块。设计的频率高达16MHz,并可以精确地测量信号的周期与相位。

Abstract:The electronic counter in this design has realized the measurement of frequency, cycle time and phase difference and implemented the intelligence coupled with the virtual instrument technology. The insert simulation extended technology is used to increase the resolution ratio of instrument. The design contains two parts of hardware and software. The hardware consists of the singlechip, PLD, and signal transformation circuit. The software includes the man - machine interface, communication, and data processing, etc. The design frequency is up to 16MHz. This counter can measure the signal cycle and phase precisely.
